Q: How do I get in contact with someone about my order?

A: Please email us at Tybrookedesigns@gmail.com for updates. You can also message us through the messenger app in the bottom right corner of the website. We respond quickly and will be glad to help you! 

Q: What if I didn't get my order but the tracking information says it has been delivered?

A: First, check your order to see if you entered the correct address at checkout and that there are no mistakes. We provide tracking information for all of our orders and only ship with USPS and UPS only. We are not liable for orders that are lost by the shipping carrier, or stolen upon delivery. Shipping carriers can make mistakes on occasion. Please reach out to the shipping carrier with your information to see if It is a simple mistake. Please contact us at Tybrookedesigns@gmail.com so that we can provide assistance.
